User data deletion instructions 

If you are a user of the FAMMI (Feed a millions mouth International) website and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow these instructions. Step 3: Request Data Deletion

  1. Within your account settings, look for an option related to data privacy or data management. This option may be labeled as “Data Privacy,” “Data Management,” or something similar.
  2. Click on this option to access the data deletion request form.

Step 4: Fill Out the Data Deletion Request Form

  1. Complete the data deletion request form with the required information. This may include your name, email address, and any additional details needed to verify your identity.
  2. In the provided text box, specify that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data in accordance with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
  3. You may also have the option to select the specific data you want to be deleted. This can include personal information, order history, account details, and any other data associated with your account.

Step 5: Submit Your Request

  1. After filling out the form, review your request to ensure all information is accurate.
  2. Click the “Submit” or “Send” button to submit your data deletion request.

Step 6: Confirmation Email

  1. You will receive an email confirmation that your data deletion request has been received. This email may contain a reference or ticket number for your request.

Step 7: Verification (If Necessary)

  1. In some cases, Fammi may need to verify your identity before processing the data deletion request. If so, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to complete the verification process.

Step 8: Data Deletion

  1. Once your identity is verified (if required), Fammi will proceed to delete your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Step 9: Confirmation of Data Deletion

  1. You will receive a confirmation email once your personal data has been successfully deleted from the Fammi website and database.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records required for tax compliance. FAMMI will ensure that any retained data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
